The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
  • Drive the implementation and utilization of Open Plan for planning and scheduling of all NPI and production activities
  • Establish and maintain process to regularly coordinate customer needs with available resources, and track and update schedules
  • Identify a MRP system to use at the GE Aviation Newark, DE site and the future high volume facility
  • Drive planning, cost and quality in a new material / product environment

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma / GED and at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)
