We are seeking a Project Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Perform clerical assignments for construction projects including accounts payable, payroll, cost controls and general office administration, including data entry, filing and answering phones.

Project assignment will be on a construction jobsite in North Scottsdale.

Requirements:
General knowledge of accounts payable and receivables
Ability to manage project duties accurately while adhering to project deadlines
Ability to work independently and be willing to work on construction job sites in the greater Phoenix area
Flexibility to work with a variety of people and dynamic project demands
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous construction experience a plus
Experience with Viewpoint cost accounting software a plus
Travel in greater Phoenix area, depending upon project needs
