An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and talented kitchen manager to join our Lincolnshire based school meal company. You will be involved in all aspects of food preparation, food service and kitchen duties associated with running a busy kitchen. You will work closely with the regional manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.

Our ideal candidate will:
Hold excellent food preparation, food hygiene and catering skills
Have previous experience in a large and fast moving kitchen operation
Be a hard working and reliable team player
Have excellent communication skills
Have a passion for producing high quality, nutritious food

Have the ability to follow and report on procedures

Your base will be a newly built kitchen facility in Stamford, where you will be seen as the main face of Food 4 Thought. A friendly but strong nature with a desire to achieve maximum potential are characteristics we will seek. School term time only, however you should be willing and prepared to work outside of normal hours for special events. Immediate start.
