The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Recruiting to support all recruiting efforts globally for LDHE. We are seeking candidates with an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, specifically within the finance industry. Previous recruiting coordination experience is preferred and a college degree is required. Candidates must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an acute attention to detail.
Assist in the recruiting process for both lateral and campus candidates including heavy interview scheduling
Input job postings into applicant tracking system (Openhire), and various other job sites.
Assist in direct sourcing of candidates through various networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Network with various Colleges and Universities to market LDHE positions to alumni.
Solicit and record interviewer feedback on candidates.
Answer unsolicited emails and phone calls from candidates.
Organize and maintain candidate applications, including creating and maintaining job files for all positions.
Process candidate expense reimbursements
Assist in the overall recruiting process for various positions.
Post new hire announcements on intranet
Provide back up support of HRIS system (Workday) including ad hoc reporting, and employee entry.
Approve of time off requests in Webtime (Time tracking system).
Assist with annual performance review process.
Create and maintain immigration files.
Assist HR department with various tasks as assigned.
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Experience with Access preferred.
2+ years in an similar role, preferably within Financial Services
Bachelor’s degree required
