Shifts: Monday – Friday
Job Description: The general responsibility of the IT help desk personnel is to provide
customer support services on the company platforms. He or she should troubleshoot technical
problems and provide solutions to customers via phone, email and in person.
The qualified candidate will have experience on diagnosing and resolving technical issues using
standard help desk procedures and tracking applications and have working knowledge of
fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other products.

. 2 year IT Help Desk experience
. Server/ desktop OS Experience
. Basic Router / switch configuration experience
. LAN/WAN Design experience helpful
. Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking)
