The Technical/Administrative Support is responsible for technical and administrative support for the NextGen Learning Center LMS.
Manages the creation/enrollment of users in the Learning Management System (LMS). Independently resolves issues pertaining to discrepancies in licensing and/or enrollment information.
Manages end user accounts by assisting end users in determining learning needs and recommending curriculum or courses to satisfy those needs.
Creates and maintains spreadsheets and reports to track licenses sold, users enrolled, and support statistics. This data is used by management to determine department resources, identify areas needing improvement and other factors critical to department and/or company’s operation.
Performs independent analysis and resolves end user issues with the LMS website or courses.
Exercises independent judgment and discretion to evaluate the enrollment process and implement improvements based on customer and employee feedback.
Advanced experience with Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Strong organizational, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
Ability to balance multiple tasks and set priorities while performing effectively under pressure
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent English language oral and written communication skills
Basic working knowledge of Internet/Web
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Project management and/or training background helpful
Education Requirements (including certifications):
A relevant college degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Education (including certifications):
Minimum of 2 years experience in a complex organization/corporation
