The Office Administrator serves as a key staff member, to work effectively and efficiently with the Church Pastor, Nursery School Director, other staff and committee members toward the excellent functioning and operation of the Church and Nursery School.

1. Creates documents; i.e. bulletins, flyers,marketing material
2. Handles and initiates telephone calls effectively
3. Welcomes visitors, answers questions
4. Maintain directories and master calendars
5. Orders supplies and maintains record of orders
6. Keeps office equipment serviced and operational
7. Compiles records and reports as needed
8. Maintains websites
9. Creates media presentations using photos, videos, power point, etc.
10. Manages facility use for various groups and meetings
11. Helps organize annual fundraisers (Cook's Tour and Pie Festival)
12. Other duties as needed


1.Knowledge of modern office procedure, including filing and operation of standard office equipment, including a computer and Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Outlook programs
2. Command of business English, including vocabulary, grammar and punctuation
3. Ability to meet the public tactfully and courteously
4. Ability to respond to urgent situations
5. Ability to understand and carry our oral and written directions
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality
