The Director of News Standards and Practices will be a critical member of our growing corporate news management team, working with multiple newsrooms to ensure standards of excellence and coverage initiatives are being met on a daily basis. This person will interact daily with the News Directors and General Managers of several of our news producing stations, providing frequent performance assessment and content assistance when needed.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience as a newsroom manager or corporate level news executive, with a proven record of success. Strong networking skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time are critical. A four year college degree is required.

This position can be based from any of our television stations across the country, with frequent site visits to assigned newsrooms required.
