The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:

*Checking in/out guests
*Monitoring front desk phone center
*Revising in-house reservations
*Cashiering functions
*Resolving guest issues within limits of authority
*Coordinating guest wishes with concierge
*Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Vales and all policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent required
*Two years of customer service experience
*Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position
