The Telecommunications Specialists serves as a back-up to the Manager of Telecommunications and is responsible for managing multiple customer issues and projects while simultaneously meeting deadlines. This position requires a balance of both technical aptitude and administrative competence. Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills in both oral presentations and written technical material.
High-level analytic skills with experience in motivating and training individuals of varied levels of expertise with the ability to effectively communicate new, complex technical subject matter.
Knowledge of a wide range of PC applications and systems including Microsoft Office and Exchange, Call Accounting System, Voice Mail
