Responsibilities may include


Facilitates and coordinates consolidated reporting and analysis at the division level

Works directly with project work leaders (FMM foreman, IEs) and engages division staff in finance processes

Establishes & consolidates division work plans that provide detail for all work (FMM, Integrity). This includes on-going work as well as work to begin prior to year end

Facilitates building forecast that aligns directly with existing workplans in each division including the work that is initiated in Houston (Tank, P/L & Enhanced integrity)

Facilitates weekly operation meetings

Works with project leaders to compile appropriate accruals to be included in forecast. Posts audits in weekly meetings to identify items missed

Builds finance/accounting procedure documents to be utilized by division staff & analyst

Establishes ground level (bare bones) benchmarks for assets by building comprehensive operational plans. Shows discretionary vs. non discretionary spend in budget

First point of contact with division analyst for systems training, problem resolution etc.


Legally authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

7 or more years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or economic analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Able and willing to travel 25% of the time



1 or more years of experience working with Essbase/Hyperion

1 or more years of experience working with SAP

3 or more years of experience working in the oil and gas Industry

Business knowledge of operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead/facilitate meetings
