Assists manager in oversight of the activities of the banquet department. Supervise set-up, maintenance and break-down of banquets. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage product, service and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

The Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center is located directly across from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. With this location, 396 deluxe rooms and close to 40,000 feet of meeting space we have become one of the premier business meeting spots of the Northwest. Must have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Required two years of previous banquets and hotel management experience. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Primary Shift: Varies. Drug test, criminal and credit background check required for this position. Position is salaried, based on experience.
