      The Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications plans and strategies that advance the business and operational goals of NCR’s key lines of business including financial, hospitality, retail and travel. We are looking for a high-energy communications professional, with a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships, to partner with key leaders from NCR’s lines of business as well as ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Communications, this person will be equally comfortable counseling senior executives as rolling up her/his sleeves to create great content. In addition to owning and maintaining a communications infrastructure, measuring and reporting of communications effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and efficiency will be a key focus. Responsibilities include developing impactful messaging and content for various communications channels (intranet, email, newsletters, blogs, social media, in-person presentations, etc.), preparing and distributing internal communications and tightly integrating with PR/external communications counterparts.



      • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, PR or a related field

      • Outstanding writing, editing and overall communication skills; ability to take complex topics and distill down meaning to clear, concise messages and statements

      • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field of study highly preferred

      • Previous experience at a global technology company or a large, matrixed organization is a plus
