To coordinate and administer SEARHC community nutrition and employee wellness services. This position works in partnership with SEARHC CWA communities, SEARHC employees and collaborating agencies to improve the health and quality of life of Southeast Alaskans through training, facilitation and advocacy of community nutrition and employee wellness projects, programs, presentations and policy that positively impact health behaviors and motivate behavior change.
Baseline Qualification Requirements:
*MPH or other professional health degree (Bachelor's Degree plus three years experience in health program development and implementation experience and one year of healthcare program management, to include supervisory experience, may be substituted).
*Five years experience in health program development and implementation experience, including healthcare grant coordination or management.
*Two years supervisory experience.
*Registered Dietitian issued by Commission on Dietetic Registration.
*Certified Health Education Specialist issued by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.
*Experience in the provision of health care, health education, motivational interviewing, or lifestyle counseling services in a public health or ambulatory care setting, including working within complex systems of chronic disease prevention.
