Serves as a member of the product management team and provides administrative support to the team. Provides telephone back up support for incoming calls for a particular client segment and region as necessary. Assists with the fulfillment of client requests/issues. Assists with monitoring and tracking of client issues. Serves as liaison to the other Trust Management Service teams, centers of expertise, and Private and Premier Segments. Works with the product specialist on client issues.
