Design and provide back of the house posters and employee communications.

Write and design property employee pre-shift communications and newsletters.

Manage the Employees Services Facebook page.

Responsible for the drafting and updating of property intranet forms and communications.

Responsible for archiving employee communications for compliance.

Assist in the planning and implementation of employee events.

Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, corporate entities, printers, etc.

Performs other job related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
At least 2 years previous graphic design experience.

Strong editing skills with attention to detail, advanced communication skills, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of the variety of formats, styles, and techniques for developing and reviewing publishing materials.

Knowledge of the publication software and techniques for design and development of various organizational materials.

Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Advanced knowledge of Macintosh graphic design/drawing software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:
College degree in Journalism, Communications, or Graphic Design.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
