The Wright Center Medical Group (WCMG), an innovative, team-based, academic, physician-led professional corporation, operating NCQA Level 3 certified Medical Homes, is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician for The Wright Center for Primary Care Mid Valley practice. WCMG, together with the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education (WCGME) trains both allopathic and osteopathic primary care residents in the Greater Scranton, Pennsylvania area, as a nondiscriminatory, safety net primary care health provider and inter-professional primary care workforce educator.

The Wright Center is one of only eleven, pioneering, HRSA funded Teaching Health Center Consortiums in the nation. The successful candidate will have an active role in the training and evaluation of residents and students, while also growing and managing a panel of primary care patients in a new 18,000 square foot ambulatory facility. Clinical staff at the facility include dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, an RN care manager, social worker, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Full Meaningful Use of an integrated EMR and practice management system enables effective care delivery.
