The Physical Therapy Attendant will assist the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant in providing treatment to patients.
Duties may include, but are not limited to ordering departmental supplies, patient care supervised by but which does not require the expertise of a licensed professional, and attending to department and equipment maintenance.
The position requires self initiation of projects to meet departmental needs and also requires cross-training to provide clerical support on an as-needed basis above and beyond the 40 hour per week attendant duties.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate.
Experience: Would require three months on-the –job training to perform at competent level
