JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and coordinating work in the Packaging Department. Ensure packaging of products on schedule, in accordance with quality standards. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. Trains staff, evaluates employee performance, and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
