Sales Trainer-Medical; leading medical device and medical disposable company with strong growth in medical devices and medical disposable products in the Acute Care Hospital and Rehabilitation Center multi-market segments (selling to nurses and physicians). This huge benefit company is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Trainer who has at least 6 years in the healthcare sales marketplace, with at least 3 of those years performing in a Sales Trainer Capacity . The right person must understand e-learning and Learning Management Systems (think Integrity Certified Coach, Richardson Training and etc.). Must have a sharp, corporate presence in style and manager!

You will be working in a suits required, button down office environment each day (excluding travel days in field and to corporate events). Public speaking and an understanding of adult training skills are essential to success in this position! This is a corporate based sales training position responsible for effective training development of the North Americn Sales Team.

This position will report to and work in collaboration with the Manager of Marketing and Sales Training and Development which include the following; Develop Sales Training Programs and Strategies , along with plans of implementation and successful execution. Ensure programs are aligned with overall corporate initiatives. Responsible for creating training programs that incorporate on-going reinforcement of training delivery, training support, as well as coaching and development of the Field Sales Personnel. High energy person who can provide focus and direction to the Sales Department via a sales process continuum, and most importantly take ownership of new Hire Training and Skill Development of those with less than 3 years of tenure.

Coordinate activities and interface with all internal customers across functionality (business units and groups) to provide consistency and alignment between business teams and marketing. Present sales training and sales training materials for sales training, product launches, sales meetings or customer group forums. 30% travel in the field with sales staff to ensure consistency and adoption of all programs and to assess the effectiveness and adoption of all sales training. They develop innovative products and support them with educational materials, treatment guidelines, clinical evidence. It is best if you understand the Acute Care Marketplace (IDN's, GPO's, Medical Dealers, Hospital/Acute care product selling to nurses and physicians). Other background that is helpful; Critical Care, Advanced Wound Care, ICU (Intensive Care), Urology, Ostomy, Catheters, Needle and Syringes, Infection Control, Long Term Care, Home Health and Rehabilitation Centers. of Chicago Based Headquarters NO RELOCATION offered Up to 30% travel. Compensation: TOTAL package low $110,000 to high $120,000 dependent on candidates background Base of 100K to 109K with a 10% year end corporate bonus contingent on personal and corporate performance.
