beverage quality bulk CO2 services for the food service

the transformation from high pressure cylinders to bulk
CO2 systems and safer hassle-free carbonation systems.

We service national and regional restaurants,
convenience store chains, movie theater operators, theme
parks, sports venues and more. NuCO2 has recently
introduced the breakthrough Xact product line, designed
to provide advanced control and management of beverage
gases, including CO2 and Nitrogen, for the Draft Beer
market. We are currently looking for a focused,
energetic and well organized Territory Sales
Representative to grow and manage our customer base. The
Territory Sales Representative role sells bulk CO2
supply and nitrogen generator systems and services to
the rapidly expanding market of franchised and
independent restaurants, convenience stores, hotels,
theatres, and other foodservice and hospitality

You will have one-on-one training with the assigned
Regional Sales Manager; you will work with other
Territory Sales Managers and learn about the company,
the products and the best sales techniques to make you a
successful team member. If you are looking for a
challenging opportunity that provides you the ability to
earn an uncapped compensation then this is the position
for you. Successful Territory Sales Representatives have
earnings potential over $100,000 per year. Specific
responsibilities include: Identify, prospect, and sell
new customers. Develop proposals for presentation to
prospective customers. Maintain customer relationships
through proactive communication. Manage and initiate
agreement renewals of existing accounts. Successfully
sell to new customers and achieve sales goals.
Directly manage all aspects of your sales territory.
Utilize Company’s sales automation tool to assist in
managing sales territory. Establish and maintain
collaborative relationships with the corporate office
staff as well as the field sales organization. To
perform successfully, you should demonstrate the
following attributes: Energetic self starter with the
desire to succeed. Self-disciplined individual, who is
able to manage a territory from a home-office base.
Successful in prospecting new customers. Possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess an outgoing, friendly personality. Proficient
in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Qualifications/Experience:Education: Bachelors degree in business or related field OR:
Five years outside sales experience if educational
requirements not met.
Other Considerations:
Creative and skilled sales leader who has experience
in business to business sales, preferably in the
foodservice or hospitality industry.
Results oriented sales leader with a proven record of
exceeding sales targets, who possesses strong work
ethic, and excellent selling, negotiation, communication
and people skills.
Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational
skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills. MS office – Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel locally and manage sales territory
from a home-based office
