Overview:
An Associate Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing challenging and complex mobile oriented projects, both from a creative and technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience with big brand name clients and ideally has a background working in an agency setting with Microsoft.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Project Managers in driving processes and communications, including capturing and processing meeting notes, client feedback, project requirements, status reports and hours tracking
Individual project ownership of small scale projects through full project lifecycle (planning, scoping, budgeting, execution, final delivery & presentation to the client)
Understand vision/mission of projects with ability to communicate and evangelize to all stakeholders
Manage project quality, schedule, and budget
Daily client communication, care, and socializing
Work hand-in-hand with Client Services in maintaining and expanding client relationship
Interface with executive team and department heads
Coordinate and assist in guiding the team
Internal housekeeping and administration
Help improve internal tools and processes
Core Qualifications:
College Graduate (BA/BS degree)
2 years of project management experience with an international or digital media agency/environment.
Understanding of digital media
Awareness of trends and innovations
Problem solver who goes the extra mile to get results
Dedicated and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines
Organized team player
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude towards work assigned while continuously striving to deliver best-in-class results
Familiar with standard project management tools and processes
Proficient in MS Office programs & project management software (FileMaker, Active Collab, Mantis, JIRA, Confluence)
Mobile experience preferred but not required
