Leads and directs the food and environmental services for Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak in collaboration with the responsibility for oversight of food and retail services, catering, patient meal services, physician dining, meeting room services, janitorial services, housekeeping, light maintenance, waste management, confidential paper destruction, contaminated waste disposal, terminal cleaning and linen services. This position manages a diverse group of support service areas which requires integration with system processes, effective communication and accountability with both the Director of Hospitality Services and the Nutrition Care Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Sanitarian
- Valid Az Driver's License
Serves as customer liaison and first point of contact for all internal/external issues related to departmental operations and hospitality services for patients, staff, public, and physicians. Is responsible for staffing and operation on a 24/7 basis.
In performance of all duties must promote the philosophy, programs and initiatives of Scottsdale Healthcare and Consolidated Services.
