Duties and Responsibilities:

We have an exciting career opportunity available for a professional Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator guides our clients through implementation of our products as well as providing complete and ongoing client support. We are looking for a candidate capable of managing large publisher accounts, as well as someone with a strong interest in exploring new developments in the STM publishing community. This is a highly visible position with tremendous growth potential. Responsibilities include: Assisting customers with configuration and integration of our products into their editorial and publishing workflow. Maintaining direct contact with customers and troubleshooting software-related issues that they and their end-users may experience. Tracking customer questions and suggestions related to the software. Coordinating the implementation of customer data. Scheduling and implementation of system training. Software testing and recreating system problems the customer may experience. Acting as intermediary between customers, Product Management, and the Engineering staff. Managing all projects for assigned customers, such as feature requests, custom reports, ongoing training needs, custom tutorials, etc.

Required Experience:
" The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience working in a customer service-related field, in an editorial office or in the scholarly publishing industry.
" Basic understanding of web environment and computer skills a must, knowledge of multiple computer platforms and internet browsers a plus.
" Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
" Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage through competing priorities.
" Highly flexible, diplomatic and the ability to work in a team environment.
" Bachelor's degree.
