Job Responsibilities :
  • Determine work priorities and establish weekly work responsibilities in order to consistently meet department goals

  • Build strong teams which includes training, developing, and recognizing associates

  • Assist in the production, counter, wrapping and packaging responsibilities

  • Provide consistent customer service

  • Achieve financial goals set forth in the budget

  • Maintain inventory controls through effective ordering and production scheduling

  • Create and execute innovative product displays and end caps

  • Maintain rapport with store vendors

  • Follow and enforce sanitation and safety guidelines

Requirements :
  • Management and meat department experience

Qualifications :
  • Outstanding customer service skills
