Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in running a successful Super Supplements store that promotes our values and supports both customers and other associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Act as manager on duty in the store manager’s absence
Assist with staffing, scheduling and training all the members of your store
Perform essential functions of, and assist employees in maintenance of accurate inventory
Effectively order inventory on an ongoing basis as instructed by manager
Communicate with the other members of the Store Team in helping complete daily tasks and maintain the vision of the “Big Picture” in terms of priorities
Assist with implementing new policies and procedures for the store
Perform open and close duties
Complete other duties as assigned
An interest in, and commitment to Super Supplements, representing SS in the best possible way to the public
Effectively working with and supervising people

A working knowledge of the supplements industry and Super Supplements’ products

Education and/or Experience:
2-3 years customer service retail experience
1+ year retail supervisory experience
1+ year of continued responsibility with hiring, staff training, and leadership and/or mentoring preferred
