Market new "Point of Sale" products, software and loyalty solutions to existing First Data customer base. Enhance full customer relationships by proactively cross-selling and up-selling products. Effectively communicate information to customers regarding our products/pricing. Make outbound calls and receive inbound telemarketing calls from existing business customers. Interface with various sales channels and internal departments to facilitate prompt service to our merchant base. Prepare business proposals for new products or services First Data can offer.
Bachelors Degree and/or Equivalent Employment Experience.'Minimum 1 yr in Sales/Customer Service position in merchant processing industry.'Results oriented telephone salesperson.'Knowledge of First Data and industry products across many platforms. Supervisor experience preferred.'Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal.'Self-Motivated and goal-oriented.'Candidates should require minimal direct supervision.'Ability to work independently and as part of a team.'Ability to manage and execute several opportunities simultaneously.'Strong analytical abilities.'Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.'PC literate and competent in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
