Performs a variety of technical support duties related to one or more functional areas within the department. Duties are focused on enhancing, maintaining and supporting business needs through technology and cross several functional areas including Applications Programming/Analysis, Applications, and Database.

Risk Management and Credit Quality:
Operate in a manner of ""doing the right thing"" consistent with both FTB's culture and the CFPB's expectations. Focus on creating and fostering a risk management culture that rewards and encourages the right behaviors and actions. Focus on the protection of the assets of First Tennessee Bank. Continue an environment of openness and transparency with all of our primary regulators (local, regional and national representatives)
Re-evaluate and manage our participation in the changing financial services industry and in the industry’s consolidation. Manage design, implementation and testing of functionality to support new back office processes and new bank products. Effectively communicate changes to Stakeholders. Meet all established time frames for BRD submission (5 business days). Assist Stakeholders in procedural changes.

Bachelors degree with 4-6 years of Credit Operations knowledge and/or experience required. Vast knowledge of the First Data loan system - Report Writing preferred.
