Gallagher Fluid Seals (GFS), for over 50 years a leading player in the application, design and distribution of fluid seals is now hiring a Customer Service Manager.As GFS continues its impressive growth and development as a key supplier across multiple markets, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team that continues to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction to support the company on this journey. We are looking for someone with the ability to organize, facilitate and direct the department in the continued success of the business. We are seeking someone with 3-5 years of related experience, either as a Customer Service Manager or Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will be able to help us build and develop this new position while being a key member of the operations management team.To the qualified candidate we offer: $50,000 - $70,000 salary Profit Sharing program 75% health and vision coverage for employee and family 401(k) including company match Life Insurance and Disability coverageDuties and responsibilities Manages all daily Customer Service activity for the department in support of Sales efforts Operates cross-functionally and in conjunction with Warehouse, Engineering, Purchasing/Materials management, and Quality departments Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives Coordinates necessary training sessions with IT and Engineering Monitors and implements a Proactive Sales program Works in conjunction with outside Sales team/individual sales representativesGallagher Fluid Seals is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and offers its customers a full range of elastomers and high-performance sealing devices.
