The consultant position requires an understanding of direct marketing and the ability to develop business building strategies into tactical plans to drive successful campaign implementation. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, developing marketing and communication content from creative development, list acquisition, printing, digital integration, lettershop services and managing vendors/agencies.
Incumbent will be responsible for managing operational logistics and reporting associated with key marketing communications and programs to agents with specific attention to the One2One program. Programs include tactical elements such as direct mail, ecommerce, email and other digital mediums. Adhering to launch schedules is necessary and strong project management skills and attention to detail is needed. The incumbent will develop virtual training packages for sales executives and agents as well as deliver virtual training and customer support as required.
Participate in the design, development and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include marketing and sales support communications, direct marketing agent program implementation, campaign analysis, operational reporting and results tracking.
EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
BA/BS or equivalent degree in Marketing desirable.
College graduate or minimum 1 to 3 years experience in Direct Marketing or Marketing Communications within a sales support environment. Business knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance a plus but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills and ability to conduct online training sessions with business partners.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
