The Corporate Development group is responsible for corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions. In this role, the individual will be involved in but not limited to the following:

Assisting in exploring new business models

Improving market segmentation

Optimization of customer acquisition and retention levers

Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenues

Creating models to size opportunities and determine optimal business decisions


Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and actively pursuing an MBA Degree.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented individual -- a strategic thinker and analytical wiz with outstanding presentation skills, high initiative, and strong leadership potential.

Work Experience. Most successful candidates will have 2-5 years of previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking and/or business analysis for a Fortune 500 company. Industry experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate is likely to be a generalist with strong skills in a variety of disciplines such as strategy, marketing, pricing, finance.

A proven ability to quickly frame issues and draft executive level business cases is key.

Leadership Skills. Adobe is a highly matrixed organization, and this position may interact with a wide variety of business partners ranging from analysts to SVPs, so poise, leadership ability, and solid influencing skills are essential. Some cross-functional project management experience would be ideal.

Technical Skills. Substantial experience in financial modeling and complex data analysis is desirable. Highly proficient on Excel and Powerpoint.

Experience with market research and/or statistical analysis a plus.

This internship opportunity is anticipated to be for up to 3 months between the months of May to September
