Make outbound calls to customers to download terminals and complete merchant terminal training.

  • Act as key internal/external contact for escalated inquiries as they pertain to merchant and management escalations.

  • Also involves tracking, logging, monitoring and resolution of escalated issues.

  • Often requires investigation of complex inquiries with written and verbal responses to the merchant, internal and external departments as well as various levels of management.

  • Analysis of inquiries addressed/handled to be completed for the pursuit of improvement opportunities.

  • Initiative is expected.

  • Provides assistance to other department staff by answering questions and giving directions/instructions.


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills. Good written communication skills. Good attention to detail. Enthusiastic desire to learn. Cooperative participant - must be able to join the 'team' atmosphere currently prevalent in the department. Downloading and training experience on various networks/terminals desired. Knowledge of Mainframe, POS2000+ and third party networks a plus. Prior phone/call center experience desired.
