Currently we are seeking an IT Help Desk professional to join the IT Department
in our Detroit office to provide timely support and technical resolution to our
internal and external users. You are analytical in your ability to quickly
assess and troubleshoot technical issues to full resolution. Your documentation
skills articulate details enabling others to accurately assess actions required,
taken and outcome. You enjoy working independently and function well in a team
environment. Your knowledge of hardware and software enables you to provide
superior assistance and support to others. You follow processes and protocols
to ensure compliance and are able to plan and stay organized while providing
support to multiple users on a variety of issues daily.
Requires strong attention to detail, analytical tendencies, excellence focused,
astuteness, and a strong commitment to superior customer service. Extensive
proficiency in a Microsoft environment and formal education, certification or
work experience related to technical helpdesk support is required.
Position is Regular Full Time, Non-Exempt (M-F)
