iProspect is looking for a Social Media Lead to assist in finding solutions for our biggest and most challenging social media clients. As a Social Media Lead you will be assist to define, enhance and evolve iProspect’s social media services in terms of expertise and delivery opportunity. The goal for the Social Media Lead is not only to define the product, but also to enable client teams to deliver and provide support to clients directly to support their social media strategy and be responsible for delivering long term growth via social media.

Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for influencing the social media strategy by:
  • Serve as a social media expert and thought leader for both internal and external marketing initiatives
  • Work with client teams to provide social media insight and analysis in branded, performance, partnership, sponsorship, and content-driven campaigns
  • Represent iProspect at conferences, vendor meetings and contribute to by-lined articles both for agency blog as well as leading industry publications
  • Develop point of views and keep agency up to date on social media tactics and best practices
  • Ensure integration of campaigns across digital media tactics in search, mobile, and display service offerings
  • Aide in development of driving display/paid social vision
  • Develop training and education for internal teams
Competencies:
  • Proficiency with Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ that includes a solid understanding of each platform’s core feature set, as well as a technical understanding of each network’s marketing/advertising capabilities
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated written and phone communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Willingness to face new challenges and think of outside of box solutions
  • Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and/or requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity
  • Able and capable of working remotely with client teams
  • Ability to deal with multiple personalities and priorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1.5 years experience working within the Facebook platform in an agency setting that includes best practices for creative, data analysis, products available, platforms and social integration Minimum of 3 years experience in search and/or display; managing performance retail campaigns is preferred.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or managing individuals Proficient in FBX (Facebook Exchange) and Custom Audience using Facebook performance ads, tactics and pricing models
  • Experience buying on Twitter is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
