Job Summary
Traffic Managers are responsible for evaluating, assigning and tracking multiple creative projects while working with Project Managers to set priorities within the Creative Services Pool. TCs are responsible for insuring that Designers meet requested deadlines and for keeping all interested parties apprised of task statuses. Additionally, the TCs much effectively communicate project expectations through daily status calls and email with various teams. Traffic Managers need to handle a variety of short-term tasks simultaneously and function in an organized manner while subject to various distractions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Timeline Management – Discusses and sets project timing with Account Management
  • Communicates delivery expectations to Designers and holds team accountable for meeting milestone dates
  • Attends Creative Kick-Off Calls
  • Evaluates creative projects with Art Director
  • Works with other Traffic team members to assign projects to Creative Services Pool of Designers
  • Prioritizes tasks with the help of Project Management and effectively communicates prioritization decisions to all interested parties
  • Quickly identifies when escalations are needed and follow proper escalation paths
  • Quality Control – Monitors and promotes the quality of work that flows through the Creative Services team.
  • Trains new Traffic Managers on processes and how to use proprietary tools
  • Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality
  • Performs other job-related duties as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Working knowledge of Internet Technologies
  • Basic knowledge of creative work and applications
  • Ability to learn new software and internal processes quickly
  • Strong writing, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
  • Able to work as a team member for a greater whole
  • Customer service skills an asset
Computer & Software Experience
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • HTML, CSS, Actionscript a plus
Education & Business Experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Online advertising or project management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, while working in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
