The management team for FAST decided that HFM experience is a “must have” If you have any resources that meet this requirement please let us know HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) FAST Technical Project Manager The objective of the FAST (Finance Accounting System Transformation) project is to select and implement a Consolidation Tool a Financial Master Data Tool and to enhance an existing Accounting Data Repository These enhancements are being driven by a change in accounting standards Our current systems which support the Record to Report processes for Accounting are not adequate to accommodate the proposed accounting changes Minimum years of project management experience 7 Minimum total spend of projects managed 1MM Minimum number of resources managed 20 Full formal project management experience over the entire project lifecycle including procuring vendor services and managing vendor deliverables Demonstrated knowledge and handson experience in managing project scope developing project schedules and budgets managing risks ensuring project quality developing and implementing communication plans managing third party vendors and system integrators and managing human resources Strong technical skills related specifically to Consolidation Tools Financial Master Data and other Business Intelligence tools with ability to manage projects involving a variety of technologies Excellent general management skills in managing plans people and budgets Leadership skills ability to set direction and drive team to objectives leading by example and teamwork Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization technical and business sponsors to foster a collaborative environment Ability to work independently with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a teamoriented environment Adept at using planning tools like MS Project or Clarity and the MS Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Science Engineering or other related discipline email bradpearlsoftsolutionscom
