This position is contingent on customer funding.

Position Description:
This position may require international travel as required by the customer.

Directs tasks of Contract Project Manager, coordinates and distributes tasking to senior logisticians, and /or project manager in the preparation of project work plans.
PCA will provide a variety of high level, confidential tasks and coordinate managerial support duties including answering telephone calls and greeting visitors, preparing letters, after action reports, and memorandums, answering routine correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining the appointment calendar, and travel schedule, arranging for meetings and meeting room facilities interfacing and coordinating with internal and external customers who wish to schedule visits or with Government personnel.
Proof reads/edits correspondence and documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format.
Consolidates and finalizes project management review (PMR) slides and information for various locations in accordance with established policies, procedures, security guidelines, and Government regulations.
Collects and summarizes information from files and other documents for the COR and maintains the Government "Share Point" files.
Receives and directs phone calls and visitor; answers telephone and refers callers/visitors to appropriate staff offices.
Duplicates, collates, shreds, faxed, and scans documents at the request of the Contract Project Manager or Government personnel.
PCS must be able to complete work in accordance with established quality standards, timelines, prioritization and work assignment.
Uses computer programs which include but are not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Provides support as directed by the COR for use for Government leadership, Chief of Directorates, and Deputy Division Chief.
Applicant may serve in a military role as a logistician and must be knowledgeable of logistics support operation s methodologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma / Equivalent
10 years of related experience.
Specific contract requirements will prevail.

Additional Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain and retain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Candidates should have a current passport as this position may require international travel as required by the customer.
Six (6) or more years on active duty military service or other DoD Government agency desired.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, and be able to respond to and prioritize multiple requests effectively in a professional and organized manner.
Familiar with MS Project, graphics to prepare a variety of material requiring complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, to edit, and reformat electronic drafts and able to update or revise existing databases or spreadsheets.
Ability to brief leadership regarding project status and operations.
Able to review and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, presentations, materials, publications, regulation, and directives.
