BlueWater is looking to add to their Managed Services team with a multi faceted individual skilled in high end IP Telephony networking This person will need to be able to work on hisher own to service multiple customers at a time and must be able to multitask between projects As a seasoned expert you will accept issues that are escalated to them from level 1 entry points A high degree of understanding Cisco UC and IP Telephony technology comprised of Call Manger Unity and Voice Gateways is needed This is an internal position supporting customer remotely using inhouse tools This position involves managing small to large customer issues Activities range from performing network troubleshooting to network (re)design work Travel is limited to our office in Hauppauge LI and travel to customers as needed Candidates must possess strong skills and experience across a range (not necessarily all) of the following skills Management monitoring and support of UC solutions that include bullCommunications Manager(v 4current) bullUnity bullUnity Connection bullUCCX bullPresence bullIPCC and Mobile applications bullTelecommunications systems Desired qualifications bullCCVP equivalent skills desired bullMust have at least 3 years of experience administering engineering and debugging Cisco Voice solutions bullITIL knowledge a plus Summary Excellent troubleshooting skills required Training is available in advanced technologies Full benefits available
