The Adult Outpatient Program Chemical
Dependency Counselor is responsible for providing direct patient
care in compliance with all Joint Commission Standards of care and
for adult patients under circumstances of chemical dependency,
substance abuse or addictions.
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field; Master's Degree
preferred. Must have experience in dual diagnosis, 12-step
programs and substance abuse. Must possess substance abuse
license/certificate as dictated by the state or equivalent.
