Job Description:
This position is responsible for the day to day Windstream network lease processes, systems, reporting and issue resolution. The Analyst must be able to provide accurate, timely and concise updates both verbally and written. The Analyst must be able to provide timely and accurate data in written format for recurring and ad-hoc reporting. The position requires the ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast paced environment performing required duties within specified timelines. The Analyst will be required to analyze data and provide recommendations on appropriate courses of action. The Analyst will be detail oriented and self-motivated. The Analyst will apply known standards and guidelines to unusual or non-recurring events, analyze problems, issues and information and formulate conclusions and recommendations. Knowledge and strong technical aptitude using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; as the position will be required to communicate daily with multiple levels of authority within other departments. The job will require extensive involvement and coordination with Windstream Legal, Outside Plant Engineering, Engineering, Windstream Contractors, and property owners. This team will work directly with the Windstream Legal department.

Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 0-2 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
