Consult with customers to provide training on leveraging the video system to best benefit their everyday business practices Conduct various testing cycles and trial runs of surveillance systems before customer training and consulting commences. Report inconsistencies and problematic issues to other departments Track appointments, follow ups, and training types given to the customer Be familiar with CRM Software and Microsoft Office programs (optional) Promptly respond to internal company requests for customer consultations Multitask in a fast paced environment

Business experience in the QSR or TSR food industry - Subway managerial experience preferred Training experience (Online preferred) Strong Communication Skills Loss Prevention Experience Preferred Advanced Computer skills preferable (A+ rating) Collaborative coordination and time management. Capacity to work under pressure while observing high quality standards. Fluency in English language (multilingual preferred) US Citizen or proper workers documentation College degree preferred - Business or equivalent
