Support approximately 150 employees across client groups in NYC, Englewood Cliffs, NJ and Los Angeles areas. Position reports directly to EVP, Content Distribution. Essential Responsibilities
Create and drive strategic HR actions and planning in areas of staffing, compensation, leadership coaching, talent management, compliance and overall change management.
Manage all aspects of HR integration for distribution teams as the NBCU Joint Venture is formed.
Manage key HR initiatives and processes, including: succession planning, performance management, compensation planning including bonus plans, Employee Opinion Survey, employee and leadership development, and other projects as they arise. Assist leadership in supporting communications processes.
Develop and lead team.
Engage in negotiating all Personal Service Contracts across client groups.
Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues. Conduct investigations as needed.
Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner.
Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business. Qualifications/Requirements
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
Minimum of 7-10 years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting, employee development, organizational development, employee relations, compliance and compensation.
Experience supporting and coaching several senior business leaders across multiple time zones for a large Corporation. Eligibility Requirements:
