This generalist position will work with both union and non-union employees, partner with all levels of management and deliver business-focused HR solutions throughout an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing full-cycle recruitment to ensure organizations are staffed and match the anticipated business demands; consulting with all levels of management on various HR-related laws, policies and practices, such as worker's compensation, FMLA and EEO. In addition, the Rep will partner with the HR Manager and work closely with management to promote a workplace environment that successfully balances positive employee relations with the corporation's business objectives; support local management to develop and implement programs and practices that improve the effectiveness of all locations and provide additional HR support as needed.
The successful candidate must possess and/or be willing to do the following:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 2 years Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity, with a high level of exposure to multi-level recruiting.
- Experience working and supporting a large nonexempt and management employee population over multiple sites preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player, both as the sole HR professional on a business team or within the HR function.
