Oracle Executive Consultant

NorthgateArinso is seeking an HR Consulting Leader of Associate Partner, Senior Manager or comparable level of experience for this role.

Overall responsibilities:
·

Provide leadership in the Sales and Delivery of Oracle / PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and other HR Consulting assignments within the US region. This will include:

·

Growth and undiluted business development focus.

·

Expanding the depth and breadth of offering.

·

Actively engaging with Oracle representatives to develop joint go-to-market strategy and development of NGA skills

·

Support the regional leader in developing Oracle Fusion practice including hiring and training team members.

·

Project Delivery and Performance Management.

·

Hiring, Mentoring, Coaching, Discipline, Compensation, etc. for a highly engaged team of Oracle / PeopleSoft practitioners.

·

Ability to bring PeopleSoft and or Oracle Fusion leads to NGA immediately based on industry contacts and previous clients.

Main responsibilities:
·

Assisting in the development and implementing within the Region the NorthgateArinso (NGA) strategy for HR Consulting in PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion HCM.

·

Create annuity relationships on-site with strategic client leadership and executives.

·

Leading the sale of assignments (working with NGA’s Sales team).

·

Directing the delivery of selected assignments in a billable capacity, as needed.

·

Overseeing the quality of all Oralce engagements in the Region.

·

Building the right mix and combination of teams and capabilities.

·

Managing and improving performance of the team.

·

Building relationships with vendors and analysts.

·

Undiluted focus on business development and strategic engagements with clients.

·

Responsible for effective business management of the HR Consulting organization that will be focused on Oracle / PeopleSoft opportunities and projects.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for the ideal candidate to have a prior practical experience in implementing

Oracle PeopleSoft

software, and in managing large complex assignments from end to end.

The successful candidate should have experience and accountability in many or all of the following areas:

·

Talent Management, (e.g. performance management, succession planning, learning and development), HR Operating Model Design, HR IT Strategy, HR Process Optimization, HR Shared Services, HR Outsourcing.

·

A minimum of 10+

years of experience within the HR consulting area and much of this with leading global consulting firms (comparable corporate leadership positions will also be considered).

·

You will have personally led the sale of large HR consulting assignments.

·

You must be connected to a valuable external network which leverages additional value to NGA and our clients.

·

You will need to be outwardly and market focused as well as be results driven and be held accountable for results.

·

You will be a natural people leader with flair for leading teams and building relationships and creating high performance teams for team engagement.

Technical Requirements:
·

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

·

At least 10+ years of HR Consulting experience in a leading global consulting services environment or comparable corporate leadership position.

·

Documented career experiences in having personally led the sale and delivery of large HR consulting assignments.

·

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

·

Willing and available and to travel on a regular basis.

Travel percentage up to 75% depending on nature of engagement.

·

Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Sales, Delivery and Implementation processes.
