Understanding of cell site construction.
Ability to mount antennas, run coax, apply connectors, sweep lines, and PIM Test Coax lines.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of knots and tower rigging necessary.
Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers and aerial platform equipment.
Ability to lead crews when foreman is gone
DC/AC electrical skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to read and understand a customer detail plan
No issues with heights.
