As the Global Wellness Program Manager, you will lead the design and development of a best-in-class wellness strategy to support Googlers and their families in being the healthiest, happiest, and most productive people on the planet. As a talented, innovative individual, you will think creatively partnering with your team and other functional leaders to successfully deploy Wellness solutions globally. Solutions will be innovative, relevant, and effective in demonstrating impact to the current and future health status of Googlers and their families.
Your team will be accountable for program development, implementation, metrics and analysis demonstrating program impact, and Googler/Family engagement. We currently have a rockstar team working on Wellness at Google, and what we are looking for is a âWellness Innovatorâ who is a collaborative leader bringing industry expertise, and the desire to work with the team to create cutting edge, impactful, wellness solutions for Googlers, their families -- and where relevant, the world.
Develop and execute a global Wellness strategy that is both innovative and impactful aimed at ensuring Googlers/Families are engaged in continually improving their personal health.
Design, develop, and maintain the delivery of relevant, culturally-appropriate, high-impact Wellness programs and initiatives.
Implement, analyze and report on relevant Wellness and health management metrics and analytics to ensure understanding of impact and outcomes against program objectives
Manage the Wellness communication/engagement plan aligned with effective strategies for engaging Googlers/Families, and serve as liaison to the to Real Estate and Workplace Services regarding fitness, cafes, massage, therapies, and other perks.
Provide oversight and management of vendor relationships including developing RFPs, negotiating prices and contracts, and tracking program metrics and measurements.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven leadership skills demonstrating results orientation, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability
Knowledge and understanding of current trends in the health and wellness field.
Proven success in launching creative and innovative solutions for managing personal health.
12 years program management experience including implementing programs on a global scale within a corporate environment.
Population Health or Clinical expertise, and experience and/or working knowledge of employee benefits with experience linking Wellness initiatives with medical plan design and administration * Proven qualitative ability to integrate clinical outcomes to support Wellness programs.
Proven success in developing and managing a creative, industry-leading wellness program.
Skilled at establishing relationships and working collaboratively across multiple offices and geographies, and comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones often via email and video.
Ability to be strategic yet detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate and summarize data. Skilled at listening to understand both the stated and unstated and responding appropriately.
