Wyle is seeking a highly technical Program Manager in support of efforts contracted at Tinker AFB. The successful candidate may be tasked with the following: manage and integrate subcontractor performance in support of Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC) efforts contracted to Tinker AFB; be supremely responsive to recurring tasks and new tasking from customers and the program manager; ensure fulfillment of program activities, goals and objectives; create program evaluation tools and evaluate the effectiveness of the program; apply management theories, principles and procedures to facilitate program improvement; plan, organize, administer, review and evaluate the work of subordinate professional, technical, support and operational staff where present, through subordinate supervisors and lead workers; Oversee the management and implementation of an effective technical and security program; provide daily direction to Project Managers for the execution of the requirements of the contract specifications; provide for the selection, training, professional development and work evaluation of subordinate staff and makes recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required; plan, organize, administer, review and evaluate the work of subordinate professional, technical, support and operational staff, through subordinate managers and supervisors; monitor and stay abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the program; makes recommendations for and develops and carries out improvements to the program to meet changing mission parameters and requirements; perform complex administrative duties requiring oversight, attention to detail and analysis; performs strategic planning and financial analysis, including assisting in preparation of specialized program and project budgets to include staffing and operational needs; resolve contract issues with the customer and subcontractors; provide final approval for all deliverables to the customer; alert customer of any impediments that may arise to the execution of any contract requirements; brief senior government personnel on operational, contract and security issues; present technical briefs to the customers; work with Wyle Contracts to execute the requirements of the contract; understand the project management process and communicate effectively and be able to motivate your team to successfully all aspects of the project. Education: A BS Industrial/Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical Engineer or equivalent technical degree is required. A Master’s degree is a plus; PMI Certifications are a plus.

Experience: Total years experience required 8+, with 3+ experience working projects for Tinker AFB. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The successful candidate must be very effective at using Microsoft Office Suite of tools. In addition, candidate must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management, and customers. Candidate must also possess the ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the job/task assigned by Wyle leadership.

The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of the Aircraft Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB.
