Enrolls slot players into the MGM Resorts International Players Club.
Make minor repairs to slot machines by clearing coin jams, hopper jams and EZ-Pay ticket jams.
Consistently smiles, makes eye contact and greets each guest.
Continually circulates through an assigned section and responds to slot machine lights in a quick and timely manner.
Keeps well informed of the various types of slot machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination.
Maintains a “pouch pay” currency bank to pay hand-pay jackpots and provides change assistance to guests.
Recommends shows, restaurants and attractions to gests and stays current on company and departmental news and events to answer guests’ questions.
Maintains an awareness of any persons gambling underage. Reports all underage persons to Supervisor and/or Security, as needed.
Complies with departmental and company policies and procedures including Title 31.
Performs other related duties as requested.
Possess math skills to make change with coin and currency.

Previous experience in slot department preferred, but willing to train if all other qualifications are met.
