The Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, Extended Studies Division, at Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for Site Director for the Aberdeen, Maryland location.

Responsibilities include: increasing graduate enrollment through maintaining contact with military base personnel as well as community leaders. Maintaining and hiring high caliber faculty to deliver high quality business, engineering, and other specialized master's degrees. Marketing our degree programs through contact with local community leaders, printed media, working with our centralized marketing function, and managing an expense budget. The Site Director will also be responsible for managing staff responsible for student administration related to the site and communication to our centralized student services at the Melbourne campus. The Site Director is a fulltime 12-month faculty position.

Qualifications include: A terminal degree, preferably in business or engineering, with 5 years experience in higher education administration. Individuals with high-level business experience will be considered. The individual must have experience working in diverse, collegial, organizations with an interest in providing high quality educational outcomes.
