Job Description:
Join Pei Wei and become our new Instructional Design and
eLearning Developer at the Home Office in North
Scottsdale! This position is responsible for overseeing
Pei Wei’s eLearning and curriculum portfolio by creating
and executing an innovative, transformational, and
progressive curriculum development roadmap that
integrates learning, performance, and talent development
with the company strategy.
The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of
Learning Management Systems. He or she would have solid
experience successfully developing eLearning courses.
The ideal candidate would be able to effectively
communicate and implement new training strategies and
curriculum throughout the organization while displaying
a passionate commitment to the goals of the team and the

company. Job Duties:
  • Develop and create e-Learning courses using
educational technologies and leading development
tools that encompass all learning style
  • Leverage instructional design and multi-media skills
to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver
training modules and training courses
  • Develop and deliver virtual learning courses
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure
quality and accuracy of designs
  • Learning Management Systems administration
  • Apply adult learning theory to the creation of
e-Learning and blended learning solutions
  • Research, select, and modify existing training
curriculum, content, materials, job aids, etc. to
meet learning needs
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to analyze
training needs
  • Design and deploy methodologies to evaluate, analyze
and report on training effectiveness;
  • Review program evaluations, test results, and
participant and manager feedback on training
effectiveness to make recommendations for program
  • Keep informed of the latest trends in Instructional
Design and E-Learning Curriculum
  • Clearly communicates project progress with

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 year degree in E Learning or Instructional
  • Experience with software design tools such as, Flash
and Articulate Suite, In Design, Photoshop,
Publisher, and other similar design software
  • Experience with multi-media production preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Time management skills with strong attention to
details; ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously and meet assigned project deadlines
in a timely manner
  • Must be able to provide examples of work
(multi-media, E-learning courses)
  • Strong customer service skills required
